During my tenure, I have effectively overseen Signpost initiatives in Balochistan, fostering seamless collaboration with implementing partners and conducting on-site visits. I have delivered training sessions on information access methodologies, actively contributing to enhancing the capabilities of Helpdesk Facilitators.
Additionally, I administered social media channels, engaging with user messages and enforcing moderation protocols to ensure meaningful interactions while generating precise and thoroughly researched responses for the Signpost team. I maintained a strong commitment to data protection, confidentiality, and adherence to safety protocols in all entrusted responsibilities.
As part of my responsibilities, I conducted Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) of dignity kits in the districts of Chaman and Killa Abdullah, ensuring that distribution processes were efficiently executed and met the required standards.
I actively participated in PSEA meetings, where IRC was one of the chairing members of that network with UNWFP, demonstrating strong coordination with all other organizations involved.
In the realm of Monitoring and Evaluation, I developed and implemented plans to assess the impact of Dignity Kits on the community. I regularly collected and analyzed data, preparing and submitting reports on progress, achievements, and challenges, while using the insights to improve strategies for Health and Hygiene and quality assurance.
I also demonstrated strong coordination and communication skills, working closely with different Government Departments, the education department, and other technical departments, and developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
 

Attended case supervision by discussing cases with experts. Respond to helpline calls from potential callers, conduct follow-up on helpline calls using protocols and referral databases. Keeping information about callers with confidentiality. Provide information on the GBV, Protection services and referral in cases of crisis by taking onboard the Manager. Maintain complete records/logs of clients accessing the helpline for support in both hard as well as in soft form in prescribed forms. Assisted the Project Manager in identifying clients in need of GBV and Protection response services such as shelter, psychological support, legal aid, medical aid etc. as well as Rehabilitation and Reintegration assistance. Maintain an up-to-date referral directory at the GBV crisis helpline. As a volunteer with Team Clime PK, I actively participated in their "Green Balochistan" initiative, focusing on making a positive environmental impact. Our efforts were primarily centered in Quetta, where we collected over 100,000 plants from the DC Office. With the support of dedicated team members and enthusiastic youth volunteers, we planted these trees across different areas of the city. Additionally, we set up stalls in Hazara Town, distributing the plants free of cost to residents who eagerly took them with the aim of planting and nurturing them. The experience was both inspiring and fulfilling, highlighting the power of collective action and community involvement in creating a greener future for Balochistan.

Worked as customer service representstive at Ufone Franchise. Couldn't continued it for long, due to some personal reasons. But i learend alot from the team and task assigned to me.

I worked on soy milk production under the supervision of Dr saqib Jabbar in FSRI islamabad. it was full of nutrition and less costly.

The National Agriculture Research Centre (NARC) in Islamabad is a prominent institute that offers essential facilities to researchers and interns. With its well-equipped and updated laboratories, NARC provides a dedicated space for researchers from across Pakistan to conduct their work. During my internship at NARC, which was a mandatory part of my academic degree, I had the opportunity to work under the guidance of Dr. Saqib Jabbar. Our research focused on the quality evaluation of various wheat and rice varieties, as well as soy milk production. Specifically, we conducted experiments and analysis on different rice and wheat varieties cultivated at NARC while ensuring food safety protocols were maintained.
In addition to research, I was actively involved in food safety and quality assurance processes. I monitored food preparation procedures to ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations, regularly inspecting equipment and food storage areas. This included overseeing the quality control of raw ingredients and finished products, implementing protocols such as HACCP and GMP, and conducting food safety audits. The inspections I conducted helped maintain high standards of food safety, and I trained staff on hygiene and quality control practices to uphold safety measures.
The quality control measures extended to evaluating the meals and baked goods produced during the research phase. I ensured all food products met the necessary nutritional and quality standards, regularly monitoring taste, texture, and appearance to guarantee consistency. Working closely with the head cook and supporting cooks, I addressed any quality issues and implemented corrective actions where needed. Detailed records of these activities were maintained to ensure the integrity and safety of all food products handled at the center. This experience, although unpaid, was invaluable in shaping my understanding of food safety, quality control, and research methodologies in food technology. 

As the Finance Secretary at UNICEF in my school, I actively participated in the "Save the Children" project, which focused on promoting children's hygiene. Volunteering my time, I worked alongside other dedicated volunteers to distribute safety kits among the students in our school community. It was a rewarding experience, and I took great pride in being part of this impactful initiative.
